About The Position
We’re hiring Resolution Agents to support a dynamic Client Experience team in Phoenix, AZ 85044. Responsibilities
- Support homeowners via email, chat, and overflow phone calls—researching inquiries and resolving issues within SLAs.
- Address questions related to accounts, payments, loan transfers, escrow (insurance/taxes), and transaction‑related discrepancies.
- Partner with multiple internal teams to deliver fast, accurate resolutions while meeting contact center performance metrics.
