We are seeking a full-time Residential Worker to join our Adult Behavioral Health team in Carlisle, PA. Schedule: 40 hours/week; 3 pm-11 pm, with rotating weekends Earn $17.33/hour or $19.33/hour with the selection of Enhanced Pay Position Details Our residential workers provide direct care and support to individuals in a Community Residential Rehab (CRR) setting, ensuring their safety, welfare, and overall mental and physical well-being. Responsibilities include maintaining a positive living environment, assisting with daily activities, and actively participating in treatment planning to promote recovery and independence.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must have an active and unrestricted driver's license.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in human services or college coursework preferred.
Responsibilities
- Help develop and implement activities and other special projects designed to strengthen independent and community living skills and socialization/leisure time.
- Build on strengths to promote positive growth for the consumer.
- Engage consumers in appropriate life skills to develop abilities to live as independently as possible.
- Accompany consumers on trips outside the facilities for treatment, medical appointments, or any other appropriate activities.
