About The Position

The Residential Valet Attendant provides daily parking and hospitality services for residents and guests of luxury residential communities. As a trusted point of contact, the attendant ensures the safe parking and retrieval of vehicles, smooth traffic flow, and a welcoming environment that enhances the resident living experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
  • Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years).
  • Must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • A helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Resident & Guest Service: Greet residents and visitors with professionalism and courtesy; promptly assist with questions and directions.
  • Vehicle Handling: Safely operate, park, and retrieve vehicles while adhering to community and company safety policies.
  • Traffic Flow: Manage entry, exit, and loading zones to keep driveways and parking areas clear.
  • Vehicle Inspections: Document vehicle conditions and note any pre-existing damage.
  • Safety & Compliance: Follow all key control, safety, and company reporting procedures, including accurate clock in/out and tip reporting.
  • Area Maintenance: Keep valet stand, podium, and parking zones clean and organized.
  • Professional Standards: Report to work on time in uniform, maintaining a polished, professional appearance.
  • Team Collaboration: Support fellow attendants and assist with other community-related duties as requested.
