About The Position

We are seeking a Residential Upgrade Technician in Charlotte, NC to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for installing our state-of-the-art home security solutions for residential customers. This is an excellent opportunity to earn performance-based income while providing a valuable service and offering additional products to our customers

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle payments and complete accurate paperwork
• Must be detail-oriented, capable of following technical instructions, and safety-conscious
• Ability to represent the company professionally and maintain product knowledge, including features, pricing, and promotions

Nice To Haves

• Experience with construction, cable installation, or low voltage systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Install security systems for residential clients according to job specifications and customer needs
• Provide excellent customer service by establishing positive relationships and offering solutions to enhance their security experience
• Follow wiring diagrams, hook-up procedures, and safety standards to ensure quality installations
• Conduct tests to verify system performance and instruct customers on using the equipment
• Maintain inventory, process paperwork, and support the training of new installation technicians
