The Residential Treatment Specialist is responsible for providing safe and nurturing environment, for children and youth between the ages of 11-17. This position will provide one-on-one as well as group support for all youth in addition to a daily schedule of activities. New 2nd Shift Premium - $1.50 per hour + hourly wage Our Ideal Canidate Skilled in Trauma Informed Care, Crisis Intervention & Relationship-based support Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions in a high-stress or crisis situations. Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in residential treatment, inpatient, day treatment or shelter care highly preferred.
