We are seeking an experienced and skilled Residential Treatment Specialist I & II to provide trauma-informed care and supervision to youth in our residential treatment program. This role builds on foundational direct care skills and takes on greater independence, peer coaching responsibilities, and leadership within the therapeutic milieu.
