About The Position

We are seeking a part-time General or Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist to serve as Medical Director at Three Rivers Midlands in Columbia, SC . This role offers a flexible schedule, with a hybrid option for the right candidate. The Medical Director will have both direct patient clinical care and administrative responsibilities. This position offers an opportunity to work with a collegial, highly trained clinical team dedicated to quality patient care and treatment outcomes. Three Rivers Midlands is a psychiatric residential treatment facility in West Columbia, SC that focuses on behavioral health care for children, adolescents, and young adults. The programs are designed to be holistic and individualized involving structured 24-hour care. West Columbia blends a small city feel with easy access to urban amenities. Requirements

Board Certified, fellowship trained Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist or General Psychiatrist with experience.
South Carolina Medical License or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

Direct patient care includes initial evaluations and assessments, treatment team leadership and care of patients under assignment.
Supervision of clinical staff.
Program development, quality improvement initiatives, risk management.
