Child Saving Institute (CSI) is seeking a Residential Treatment Manager for its Psychiatric Medical Institute for Children (PMIC). CSI's mission, which began in 1892, is to champion children and families by providing the mental, emotional, and physical spaces they need to feel empowered and thrive. As a PMIC Treatment Manager, this role is essential to the team, coordinating and overseeing individualized treatment services for youth ages 8–17 living in the PMIC. The manager will guide trauma-informed, outcome-driven care, ensure compliance with state and Medicaid standards, and help youth successfully transition to family-like settings.
