About The Position

Child Saving Institute (CSI) is seeking a Residential Treatment Manager for its Psychiatric Medical Institute for Children (PMIC). CSI's mission, which began in 1892, is to champion children and families by providing the mental, emotional, and physical spaces they need to feel empowered and thrive. As a PMIC Treatment Manager, this role is essential to the team, coordinating and overseeing individualized treatment services for youth ages 8–17 living in the PMIC. The manager will guide trauma-informed, outcome-driven care, ensure compliance with state and Medicaid standards, and help youth successfully transition to family-like settings. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services
  • 2+ years of experience in child/adolescent behavioral health or residential treatment
  • Knowledgeable in trauma-informed care, CBT, and interdisciplinary treatment models
  • Strong in written and verbal communication with ability to train and mentor staff
  • Flexible to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed
  • Licensed driver with insured transportation meeting agency requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Medicaid documentation and audits
  • Familiarity with PMIC standards and interdisciplinary case management
  • Skilled in leading family engagement and discharge planning

Responsibilities
