About The Position

The Opportunity: Saint Luke’s Crittenton Children’s Center in South Kansas City, MO is seeking a Residential Therapist to join our team. This position functions as a member of the unit treatment team alongside BHTs, RNs, Individual therapists, and medical providers. Your experience and expertise will allow you to support the implementation of individualized treatment plans and provide trauma informed care for youth. Monday – Friday, 12:00-8:00 p.m., participates in on-call rotation for phone calls and in-person weekend work a few times a year Facilitating implementation of individual treatment plans and daily unit schedule including groups and activities Providing coaching to residents and staff utilizing trauma informed care principles. On occasion, may provide individual and family therapy as well as case management services Recommends and implements general therapeutic interventions both for individual clients and for overall program development. Must have a master's degree and applicable MO license or obtain same within 120 days of hire (LMSW, LPC, PLPC, LCSW). Why Saint Luke’s?
