About The Position

Our therapists provide trauma-informed case management and therapy to children and adolescents who are enrolled in residential and/or acute programs. In the role of a Residential Therapist, they engage closely with hospital liaisons, schools, mental health centers, and the community to address the individualized needs of each client on their caseload through collaborative endeavors. Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling
• LMSW, LCSW, PLPC OR LPC licensure/certification
• Knowledge of clinical theory, therapy, and systems
• Analytical ability necessary to handle moderately complex administrative details such as preparing nonrecurring reports
• Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload with attention to detail
• Proficient in Word and email applications
• Must be able to work productively and respectfully with individuals and families from diverse cultural backgrounds
