As a Residential Team Leader, you will oversee an A+GRP Residential Group Home, ensuring the effective supervision of staff, scheduling, and compliance with DMHAS regulations. This role requires collecting and analyzing data for the program's Quality Improvement Plan, including outcome measures, resource utilization, engagement, and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans and clinical documentation while providing direct services to residents and supporting their integration into the community. Advocacy is a key component, as you will collaborate with treatment providers to develop recovery-focused interventions. Additionally, you will facilitate House Council meetings, coordinate programming, and be available for emergency situations, providing coverage at residences as needed. Demonstrates competency in delivering Motivational Interviewing (MI), effectively engaging individuals served through engagement, assessment, and intervention.
