About The Position

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will: Provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, meals, and light housekeeping Offer encouragement and support to help individuals live as independently as possible Engage residents in fun recreational activities and community outings Complete daily documentation and ensure compliance with care plans Administer medications as needed (training provided) Be a part of a dynamic, mission-driven team that makes a lasting impact every day! Requirements

High school graduate/GED preferred.
Experience working with adults that have developmental disabilities required
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Energetic, positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable problem solver
Must be 18+ with valid driver's license and safe driving record

CNA experience desired but not required
