Residential Support Staff - Substitute Opportunities
About The Position
Northwestern Counseling & Support Services is seeking self-motivated and energetic individuals to join our supportive residential team in a part-time, substitute capacity. Our 24/7 Residential Programs host individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. This position offers the flexibility to work when it works for you as we have a variety of shifts that we are looking to find coverage for. Interested? Apply today! Requirements
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to transport clients in personal vehicle.
- Associate’s Degree; or equivalent combination of related education, training and experience such as relevant certificate from college or technical school.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in residential programming or working with individuals with mental illness.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
