About The Position

Ready to make a meaningful impact? We're currently hiring Residential Support Counselors to join our compassionate and dedicated team. Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 1st shift, 40 hours/week Compensation : $24 hourly About the home: This is a home in the Concord area supporting 3 adult women. Responsibilities : The Residential Support Counselor will support in promoting independence, creating a safe environment, and providing companionship to clients in a residential home setting. Assist clients with activities of daily living and medication administration Support and assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry Accompany individuals on outings such as daily activities, appointments, and community events Follow each individuals care plan All staff will undergo training in conflict resolution and behavioral health safety Complete required daily documentation Other duties as needed or assigned Qualifications: (1) year of relevant work experience working with high need/high risk population in the human services field High School Diploma or GED Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance What’s in it for you? Requirements

• (1) year of relevant work experience working with high need/high risk population in the human services field
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
