About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Residential Support Advisor to join our mental health support team. This role is well suited for individuals with Direct Support Professional (DSP) experience, human services education, or related mental health experience. Residential Support Advisors provide assistance in a residential setting and may respond to crisis calls if eligible. This position offers consistent hours, pay differentials, and opportunities for professional development.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 semester credit hours required
- Eligible to drive a company vehicle
- No DUI or driver’s license suspension within the past 5 year
Nice To Haves
- Direct Support Professional (DSP) experience preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mental health, human services, psychology, social work, or related field preferred
- Ability to complete crisis training and meet all regulatory requirements
- Eligible to respond to crisis calls (if applicable)
