About The Position

Child Saving Institute (CSI) is looking for someone who has a mind full of wonder and a heart-filled desire to make a difference! We’re on a mission to champion what’s best for each child and family. As a PMIC Supervisor, you’ll be an essential part of our team. Your responsibilities would include overseeing daily treatment coordination, case management, and care services for youth ages 8–17 in a residential treatment setting. In short, our PMIC Supervisor ensures individualized treatment plans are implemented, while serving as a central contact for therapists, staff, guardians, and partnering agencies. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services with related experience, or equivalent work experience
Knowledgeable in counseling/therapy models (CBT preferred) and youth/family systems
Strong in communication, problem-solving, and relationship building
Able to travel and work flexible hours as needed

Nice To Haves

Supervisory or leadership experience in a treatment setting
Familiarity with DHHS, insurance coordination, or case management systems
Experience working with youth with emotional or behavioral needs
