About The Position

The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties (CPARC) is seeking a full-time Residential Supervisor for an apartment program that serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Opening located in Carlisle, PA. Supervisors provide supervision and direction in a residential setting to direct care staff and provide direct care to individuals with disabilities receiving services in the program to which they are assigned. This involves ensuring the health and safety of the individuals living at the assigned site, supervising/evaluating/training staff, sharing in on-call responsibility, weekly/monthly/annual paperwork, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining a professional working relationship with the individuals' families, peers, subordinates, all "team" members, and other professionals as well as other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Pennsylvania driver's license required

Nice To Haves

Supervisory experience and experience in Residential Services preferred

Responsibilities
