About The Position

Lead with Heart. Empower with Purpose. Residential Supervisor – Pride Manchester House Are you ready to lead with compassion and create meaningful change? Pride Manchester House, a trauma-informed residential care program, is looking for a Residential Supervisor to guide a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and help build a safe, healing environment for youth. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of fostering resilience, growth, and empowerment in young lives. What You’ll Do: Lead and Mentor : Supervise and support DSPs, modeling trauma-informed care and encouraging professional growth. Support Youth Development : Ensure individualized, therapeutic care that promotes healing and age-appropriate growth. Collaborate with Impact : Partner with clinicians, case managers, and leadership to align care with each youth’s treatment plan. Promote Excellence : Oversee staff scheduling, daily operations, and team performance while supporting recruitment and training. Champion Best Practices : Train staff in behavioral support, crisis intervention, and trauma-responsive strategies. What You Bring: Education : Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field (preferred) Experience : 2+ years working with youth in residential care 1+ year in a supervisory or leadership role (preferred) Understanding and application of Trauma-Informed Care Certifications (Preferred): CPR/First Aid, Crisis Prevention & Intervention (CPI) Skills : Strong communication and leadership Cultural sensitivity and emotional resilience Ability to manage performance, schedules, and documentation with professionalism Commitment to supporting youth in a respectful and inclusive environment Why Join Pride Manchester House? Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years working with youth in residential care
• Understanding and application of Trauma-Informed Care
• Strong communication and leadership
• Cultural sensitivity and emotional resilience
• Ability to manage performance, schedules, and documentation with professionalism
• Commitment to supporting youth in a respectful and inclusive environment

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year in a supervisory or leadership role (preferred)
• CPR/First Aid, Crisis Prevention & Intervention (CPI)
