As a Residential Supervisor at the Barber National Institute, you will oversee a team of Direct Support Professionals and manage the operations of multiple residential group homes. The supervisor will work most of their time in the group homes supporting staff but not part of the staff ratio. It is expected that the residential supervisor will work most weekends and holidays. The work times will vary from day to day based on the determined needs of each location. This leadership role is essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
