About The Position

The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties (CPARC) is seeking a full-time Residential Supervisor for a group home that serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The position is located in Mechanicsburg. Supervisors provide supervision and direction in a residential setting to direct care staff and provide direct care to individuals with disabilities receiving services in the program to which they are assigned. This involves ensuring the health and safety of the individuals living at the assigned site, supervising, evaluating, and training staff, sharing in on-call responsibility, and completing weekly, monthly, and annual paperwork. Supervisors must ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a professional working relationship with the individuals' families, peers, subordinates, all team members, and other professionals, as well as perform other duties as assigned. Our Residential Supervisors ONLY oversee ONE group home with 2 to 4 individuals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license required.
• Supervisory experience in a residential setting preferred.
• Experience in Residential Services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and direction to direct care staff in a residential setting.
• Ensure the health and safety of individuals living at the assigned site.
• Supervise, evaluate, and train staff.
• Share in on-call responsibility.
• Complete weekly, monthly, and annual paperwork.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain professional relationships with individuals' families, peers, subordinates, and other professionals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
