About The Position
The Home for Little Wanderers' Harrington House, located in Dorchester, MA is looking for a Residential Supervisor to make a difference in the lives of youth who have experienced trauma and/or who have significant emotional and behavioral challenges. Our 25+ community-based and residential programs serve thousands of at-risk youths from birth to age 26. Many of these children have experienced abuse, neglect, trauma, or a disrupted family life. As the oldest child welfare agency in America, we provide them with safe surroundings, permanent loving relationships, and a secure path toward a better, brighter future. The Home for Little Wanderers' Harrington House is looking for an evening supervisor to care for children in their Dorchester location. In the group home, children or adolescents, ranging in age from 8-13 are in transition back to their families or going on to independent living, but need support in order to make a successful transition back to their communities.
