The Residential Success Coordinator coordinates the administration and operations of assigned residence halls on the Winthrop University campus. This position reports to the Assistant Director of Residence Life and is responsible for the development of academic living/learning communities, assisting in the development and implementation of programs, policies, and procedures, and maintaining an office with regular office hours. The coordinator will also hire, train, supervise, and evaluate resident assistants and other staff, plan and implement training programs, counsel staff and students, enforce university policies, coordinate maintenance, and manage summer housing functions.
