We’re seeking compassionate, reliable individuals to support adults with developmental disabilities in a small group home setting. In this role, you’ll help individuals build independence, provide daily care and support, and create a safe, positive living environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work with individuals with varying needs and behaviors
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support with daily living activities and personal care
- Assist individuals in building skills and independence
- Support individuals with a range of needs, including behavioral challenges
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
