Residential Specialist- Empower Lives Every Day! The Arc of San Diego, the largest and most comprehensive provider of services to children and adults with disabilities in San Diego County, is looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our diverse team. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Six (6) months experience working with individuals with disabilities
• Valid California Driver's License, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record
• A passion for making a difference

Nice To Haves

• Are bilingual in English and Spanish
• Have experience using case management systems (Therap preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, person-centered care in a residential setting
• Assist with daily activities like personal care, hygiene, eating, cooking, cleaning, getting dressed and undressed, mobility, and personal organization
• Encourage independence by supporting individuals in achieving personal goals
• Create a safe, respectful, and engaging home environment
