About The Position

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Residential Solar Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in helping homeowners understand the benefits of solar energy and guide them towards making informed decisions. This position is Office Based. As a Residential Solar Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers, conducting consultations, and presenting tailored solar solutions that best fit their needs. Your ability to communicate effectively and convey the advantages of solar will be vital in converting leads into satisfied customers and contributing to the growth of our business. Requirements

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge.

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in renewable energy and knowledge of solar technology is preferred, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels to educate them about the benefits of solar energy.
  • Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and provide tailored solar energy solutions.
  • Assist customers in understanding financing options, incentives, and rebates associated with solar installations.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and present them to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
