About The Position
The position involves a variety of responsibilities primarily focused on customer service and support within a sales center. The role requires light clerical work, including answering and screening telephone calls, resolving customer inquiries related to orders and product availability, and performing order entry tasks. Additionally, the position includes physical tasks such as assisting with product modifications and operating a fork truck. The employee will act as a liaison between the sales center and plant departments, ensuring effective communication and information flow. Other duties include processing paperwork, managing inventory controls, and assisting with delivery responsibilities.
