Requirements

Required: 5+ years of residential plumbing experience.
A strong drive to do the job right the first time and demonstrable pride in your work.
Must be a lifelong learner who realizes the need for continuous learning and growth in the field.
Proficiency with technology to work from a company-provided iPad and the ability to type a professional email.
Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Nice To Haves

Journeyman's or Master's License is a plus!
ServiceTitan trained is a plus!

Responsibilities

Install and repair a wide variety of residential plumbing equipment, with jobs ranging from re-piping to installing water heaters, bathroom & kitchen fixtures, well pumps, water treatment systems, and much more!
Represent our company every day in the homes of our customers with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
Be precise and efficient on each job to live up to our core value of integrity.
Provide guidance and share knowledge with those just getting started in the trade.
Work under minimum supervision, leveraging our core value of empowerment, but remain mindful and communicative as a part of a respectful team.
Take pride in completing all jobs and paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough, and timely manner.
Utilize provided technology (iPad, iPhone) to complete tasks and communicate professionally with all stakeholders.
