Requirements
- English-speaking (Spanish is a PLUS!).
- Tech-savvy - Will use Jobber, CRM & tablets (training provided).
- Valid Florida Driver's License (Clean driving record, age 25+ for insurance purposes).
- Physically fit - Must be able to lift heavy equipment & work on roofs.
- Great attitude & work ethic!
- At least 2 years of experience in residential service plumbing (troubleshooting, repairs, installations).
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Formal plumbing education/certifications
- Preferred 4+ years of experience in: Service call sales
- Troubleshooting and Repairs
- Running sewer drain cameras
- Leak detection services
- Drain line installations
- Strong customer service skills
