About The Position
As a Residential Service Plumber, you will diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems while delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of residential plumbing service experience
- Strong knowledge of plumbing repairs and installations
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Own all necessary hand tools
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be 21 years or older (insurance requirement)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair water heaters, fixtures, faucets, drains, and piping
- Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing layouts
- Provide outstanding customer service on every call
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and service vehicle
- Arrive on time, prepared, and professionally presented
- Clean up thoroughly after each job, respecting customers’ homes
- Follow all safety protocols and quality standards
