As one of our plumbers, you will be responsible for performing a full range of plumbing diagnostics, repairs, installations, and maintenance for our customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in residential service plumbing
• A thorough understanding of plumbing systems with expertise in plumbing diagnostics
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a focus on active listening
• Eagerness to learn and apply new plumbing techniques and technologies
• Friendly demeanor with a positive go-getter personality
• Self-starter mentality with great time management skills
• Flexibility, adaptability, and reliability in the field
• Adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting and courteously interacting with a variety of personalities
• Basic computer and smartphone skills
• Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, understanding, and speaking
• Ability to perform all necessary physical aspects of the job, including, but not limited to, lifting, moving, pushing, pulling, and carrying at least 60 pounds; standing, kneeling, and crawling for extending periods of time; and working in a variety of environments including exposure to heat, cold, rain, dust, sewage, rodents/pests, small/tight spaces, and heights
• At least 21 years of age (for insurance purposes)
• Valid driver's license with a minimum of three years of driving experience and satisfactory driving record
• Capability to pass background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Diagnose both common and uncommon plumbing problems and effectively educate customers on your findings and solution options
• Perform plumbing repairs and installations
• Execute plumbing inspections with keen attention to detail
• Respond to plumbing emergencies swiftly and steadily
• Uphold and comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards at all times
• Strengthen and maintain customer relationships through outstanding service
• Document all quotes, invoices, and work performed with in-depth precision
• Communicate professionally and conscientiously in all customer and team interactions
• Maintain company equipment and company vehicle with care
