A Plumber is dedicated to implementing a wide range of plumbing skills in the field. In this role, you will be actively involved in hands-on training of Apprentice Plumbers, contributing to the establishment of our plumbing department as a leader in Austin. Your responsibilities will include coaching, technical training, conducting ride-alongs, performing site visits, and inspections.

Requirements

Valid Driver's License
Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumber license
Progressive working history
Willingness to impart plumbing best practices and techniques to others
Contributing to the development and leadership of the growing plumbing team
Successful completion of a drug screening and background check
Service Titan Experience
Residential Service Experience

Responsibilities

Operate a van with an apprentice, responding to residential service calls, all managed through Service Titan with a company-provided iPad. The van will be equipped with power tools, and you can take the vehicle home.
Prioritize customer satisfaction in every task.
Collaborate with HVAC and Electrical technicians within the SALT team.
Function as one of the plumbing experts, showcasing your skills and knowledge.
Train and teach your Apprentice, fostering their development.
Demonstrate strong character and uphold company values.
Collaborate effectively with the team.
