Requirements
- Progressive plumbing experience
- Experience in removing and installing water heaters
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record (company vehicle provided during working hours)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of safety compliance
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Able to handle physical workload, lift and carry 60 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential homes
- Present options to customers with education behind each resolution
- Document all jobs
- Communicate with customers, and office team to optimize day
- Take care of the company vehicle
- Participate in company training
