Requirements

At least 1 year of residential plumbing experience.
Excellent communication skills.
A dedication to providing world-class service.

A relatively clean driving record, ability to pass a background check, and drug screening.
In-Person Interview Requirement: Candidates must be able to attend an in-person interview at our Fort Myers location as part of the hiring process.

Responsibilities

Provide residential plumbing services, including installations, repairs, and inspections of plumbing systems (gas, water, sewer).
Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, solving client issues quickly and professionally.
In each client's home, we thoroughly evaluate their entire system, ask questions to understand their needs, and educate them on what we found and their options.
Ensure complete client satisfaction from start to finish with clear communication and exceptional service.
Document activities accurately for invoicing and client records.
Support from Our Fort Myers Hub: While field-based, you’ll receive full operational, dispatch, and leadership support from our Fort Myers team.
