About The Position

This position is for a Residential Service Plumber located in West Bridgewater, MA, offering a flexible schedule with no overnight on-call duties.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of residential plumbing experience.
• Experience with water heater replacement is a plus.
• Strong work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in HVAC services.
• Previous training or certifications in plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Repair, service, and replacement of residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, sewer mains, water service, drain cleaning, and fresh water re-pipes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Participate in paid orientation and training programs.
• Utilize a fully stocked company vehicle and gas card for work-related travel.
• Engage in ongoing training opportunities provided by the in-house Learning & Development team.
