Residential Service $65,000 – $120,000+ per year (Hourly base + commission I Guaranteed Hours) This position is paid hourly with guaranteed hours , plus a commission accelerator based on revenue produced. Technicians who follow systems and perform consistently will do very well. Pay Structure Guaranteed hourly base pay (based on experience), with guaranteed hours that protect you during slow weeks.
