Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of management experience in residential service (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or similar)
  • Experience managing multiple trades; plumbing knowledge is a strong plus (gas and water filtration experience a bonus)
  • Proven ability to deliver effective in-person sales training
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable

  • Stable work history with verified references
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet physical demands of the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor technicians to deliver a 5-star customer experience
  • Conduct regular ride-alongs and curbside coaching to improve performance
  • Facilitate in-person sales training to strengthen closing skills and revenue growth
  • Review job invoices in ServiceTitan daily for accuracy and coach as needed
  • Oversee scheduling, truck inspections, and inventory management
  • Resolve customer concerns and follow up promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Monitor key metrics like revenue, margins, and club membership sales
  • Partner with dispatch and customer service for smooth daily operations
  • Ensure safety and compliance with all local codes and Beacon standards
