Our Residential Service & Generator Installation Manager will need to be available from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm . This management role plays a huge part in our success, as you'll set production goals for your team and delegate assignments to maximize efficiency. You'll also support employee development by training staff, leading regular meetings, and conducting constructive performance evaluations. Metro Electric provides top-notch Residential Electrical Services in existing homes. We have a large, highly skilled, energetic, and experienced workforce, consisting of licensed master Electricians, Journeymen, and Apprentices. Requirements

• Residential electrical service experience, including installation, repair, and maintenance
• Experience servicing whole-house generators
• Team spirit
• Strong management and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
