Solution-Oriented Sales: Be dedicated to finding the best solutions for each customer, offering recommendations that encompass safety, efficiency, and long-term value. Expert Installation & Repair: Execute immediate, high-quality repairs and installations, ensuring each home improvement is completed professionally and up to code. Professional Representation: Serve as the face of As You Wish, upholding our standards of professionalism and excellence in every customer interaction. Collaboration: Maintain open communication with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams to streamline each job. Ongoing Professional Development: Participate in training to continually refine your skills, maintain certifications, and provide customers with the latest in industry expertise. Requirements

  • Active EL01 or EL02 license (Washington State)
