Requirements
- 2+ years of residential electrical service experience
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to educate customers and present service options
- A customer-first mindset and ability to meet performance goals
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Responsibilities
- Perform residential electrical service, repairs, and installations, including panels, wiring, lighting, surge protection, outlets, and switches.
- Diagnose electrical issues and troubleshoot complex problems to deliver safe and effective solutions.
- Provide clear explanations and recommendations to homeowners regarding repair, replacement, and upgrade options.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while educating homeowners about their electrical systems.
- Ensure all work meets industry standards, safety requirements, and local electrical codes.
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment at job sites.
- Properly manage tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
- Document work orders and job details using ServiceTitan or similar software.
