Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work between 6am-2 pm, ability to work rotating weekends for 6 am- 2pm shifts OR 2 pm-10 pm shifts.
• Negative TB skin test (provided by Aptiv).
• Ability to pass a caregiver background test.
• A valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Reliable transportation with valid registration and up-to-date auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Any previous experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate adult clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live with independence and dignity in the community.
• Assist with medications, meals, light housekeeping, bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, errands, and appointments.
• Provide companionship and socialization, supporting clients in visiting with friends, attending events, or working on hobbies.
• Encourage clients to stay healthy by ensuring they are mentally stimulated, physically active, and well-nourished.
