Requirements

Valid NYS Security Guard License – Preferred
At least 1 year of residential or luxury security experience – Required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to remain alert, dependable, and responsive

Responsibilities

Control access to the building, verifying resident and visitor credentials
Enforce guest access and visitor management policies in accordance with residential protocols
Conduct patrols of common areas and building perimeters
Monitor CCTV, access control systems, and security alarms
Respond professionally to incidents, resident concerns, and service requests
Maintain accurate daily activity logs and incident reports
Communicate effectively with management and the Operations Desk
