Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration, business, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales leadership
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Persuasive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Strong understanding of company services and market positioning
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to access tight spaces such as attics and crawlspaces
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
  • May require extended periods of walking, standing, kneeling, bending, and stooping
  • May require long periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
  • Travel may be required up to 25% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of sales representatives to ensure individual and team sales goals are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Responsible for monitoring sales activities, including lead follow-ups, quality assurance, and closing performance.
  • Conduct ride-along's to coach team members and strengthen their knowledge of all service offerings.
  • Assist with interviews, onboarding, and scheduling
  • Identifying performance gaps and implementing improvement plans.
  • Conduct and participate in regular sales and branch technician meetings to maintain alignment and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
