Our Residential Sales Representatives are responsible for selling Modern’s various residential service programs and building relationships with clients to solve their specific pest control needs. Here at Modern, our services are always in demand, and as a Residential Sales Rep you won't have to worry about chasing down cold leads in order to pay the bills. In addition to a $17/hour starting base rate, which is paid at 125% during the 60 day training period, uncapped commission and warm lead generation allow our team to focus on what really matters: protecting our community from dangerous and disease-carrying pests with confidence that you'll easily hit your sales and commission goals. Job Type: Full-time, year-round Work Location: Based out of our Executive Office located at 100 Pleasant St, Brunswick, ME, this role has the option of a HYBRID schedule to allow for a work/life balance while fostering a culture of in-person support, professional development, and growth. This includes 3x days on-site in our Brunswick location, as well as 2x days working from your home office. Pay: Residential Sales Representatives start at a base rate of $17/hr, and are offered uncapped commission. Team members will be paid at 125% of their base rate during the first 60 days of their training period. In addition, new team members are eligible for all earned commissions on all closed sales during that time.
