About The Position

We are currently seeking a Residential Sales Representative in the Asheville, NC area.   Expectations Proven track record in residential sales Proven ability to develop relationships with customers via phone and in person Minimum High School Degree or equivalent 5+ years of inside sales/customer service experience 1+ years of B2B sales Must be proficient with MS Office applications, i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of successful residential sales experience
  • Extensive experience and product knowledge relating to the installation, service and repair of residential door opening systems
  • Superior problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (in English)– in person, telephone and written skills
  • Self-starter with a high level of integrity
  • Customer-centric - always representing the company in a positive manner
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
  • Clean and neat in appearance

Responsibilities

  • Spend approximately two-thirds of the day in the field providing job estimates (service, remodels and installations)
  • Verifying required materials for residential orders
  • Promoting additional features and accessories
  • Generally representing the company to potential and existing residential customers
