About The Position

Atlas Trillo, part of the nation's largest plumbing, heating and air conditioning service provider, is seeking a Residential HVAC Sales Rep to join our team. This position offers 100% pre-qualified leads, eliminating the need for canvassing or cold calling. No prior HVAC knowledge is required as we provide comprehensive training. The role presents an opportunity to earn between $100k to $200k+ per year through an uncapped commission structure. Additional benefits include a company vehicle, fuel card, cell phone, laptop, and a comprehensive benefits package that covers medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. We also offer a $5 a week medical plan option, a 401(k) plan with company match, 13 days of paid time off, and 8 paid holidays. Requirements

  • Experience in outside sales, particularly in a one-call-close residential in-home environment.
  • Experience in skilled trades such as HVAC, Plumbing, Pest Control, Lawn Care, Roofing, Air Conditioning, Siding, Windows, Solar, Counter Tops, Kitchen & Baths, or Security.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Ability to travel to pre-set appointments using a company-provided vehicle.
  • Strong work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work long, sporadic hours and/or weekends as needed.
  • Ability to access attics and crawl spaces regularly.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a residential sales representative for new and existing customers.
  • Drive to sales locations and meet with customers in their homes to evaluate and present options.
  • Engage in relationship selling to earn repeat business through excellent performance in a one-call-close setting.
  • Meet and exceed budgeted sales goals while providing excellent customer service.
  • Utilize closing skills to maximize earnings in an uncapped commission environment.
