About The Position
Edge Pest Control, a trusted company within the Rollins Family of Brands, is experiencing rapid expansion and is seeking a Residential Sales Representative to join our team in the Chicagoland area. This full-time position offers competitive wages and a stress-free work environment, with the potential for uncapped commissions. As a Residential Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from home while prospecting for new sales leads, allowing you to cut down on your commute and focus on building your sales career in pest control. No prior pest control experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed for success in this role. In this position, you will be responsible for generating sales leads through effective prospecting techniques, negotiating service prices that benefit both the customer and the company, and closing deals within a measurable timeframe. You will be expected to meet and exceed monthly sales goals, contributing to the overall success of the Edge team.
