About The Position

Village Plumbing Air and Electric has been in business for more than 79 years. We are looking for top notch licensed sales/service plumbers with 3+ years of experience in residential service and repairs. A Tradesman, Journeyman or Masters license through TSBPE is required for this position. We are offering up to $5000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants! Start your day from home - go directly to your first call. You will present options for repair and/or replacement solutions to the homeowner. You will complete small jobs (jobs that can be completed in 1 hour or less). All other jobs will be completed by our Install team. This is a straight commission position with unlimited earning potential. While this is a unique role and not for everyone, it is ideal for an experienced residential sales/service plumber. Our sales plumbers make from $100K - $200K+. We provide ongoing sales training from the best in the business. If you are one of your company's top performers, we want to talk to you!

Requirements

Valid license with Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (Tradesman, Journeyman or Master) THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE
Valid Driver's license
Previous residential sales/service PLUMBING experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills with exceptional attention to details.
Strong drive for success and career development.
