About The Position

The Sales Operations Coordinator supports the Sales Manager in driving residential sales performance while owning and executing all daily sales dispatching, scheduling, and coordination activities. This role ensures the sales team is properly scheduled, operationally supported, performance-tracked, and aligned with company revenue and gross profit goals. The position serves as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience and strong close rates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, or field sales support.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and revenue tracking.
  • Experience with CRM systems (ServiceTitan preferred).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a leadership-oriented mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in residential HVAC, Plumbing, or Generator sales preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily dispatching and scheduling of Comfort Advisors to ensure proper lead distribution and geographic efficiency.
  • Monitor same-day opportunities, priority calls, and rehash opportunities to maximize revenue capture.
  • Coordinate proposal follow-ups, return visits, and re-presentations as needed.
  • Partner with Operations to ensure sold jobs are accurately transitioned for install scheduling and execution.
  • Track quoting activity and ensure adherence to company standards, including in-home presentation requirements when applicable.
  • Identify scheduling gaps, inefficiencies, or capacity concerns and recommend operational improvements.
  • Assist in tracking daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics including close rate, revenue, average ticket, and gross profit.
  • Support the Sales Manager in reviewing proposals to ensure appropriate add-on options and bundled solutions are presented when applicable.
  • Assist with tracking and verifying sales commissions, spiffs, and incentive programs.
  • Identify performance trends and proactively communicate concerns or opportunities to the Sales Manager.
  • Participate in sales performance reviews, 1:1 meetings, and coaching discussions as needed.
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and training support for new sales representatives.
  • Schedule Comfort Advisors ride-a-longs with Field Technicians and ensure feedback and documentation are captured and communicated.
  • Reinforce adherence to company sales processes and accountability standards.
  • Ensure sales vehicles are clean, stocked, and properly maintained in coordination with Fleet.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on promotions, seasonal campaigns, and workload balancing strategies.
  • Monitor seasonal gross profit trends and support pricing adjustments in coordination with the Sales Manager.
  • Attend managers' meetings and provide operational updates regarding sales performance and workflow.
  • Assist in maintaining a strong off-peak workload through proactive coordination and scheduling strategies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
