About The Position
What You’ll Do: Serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners, providing electrical solutions tailored to their needs. Conduct in-home assessments and explain service options clearly and confidently. Generate estimates, present recommendations, and close sales opportunities. Partner with installation and service teams to ensure project accuracy and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions and proposals. Follow up on open leads and referrals to drive departmental growth. Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service.
Requirements
- 5+ years of residential electrical experience with strong technical knowledge.
- Proven sales or customer-facing experience within the trades industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
