We are seeking highly motivated, experienced sales professionals to be a part of our Dallas Division in the Rockwall/Fate/Royse City area. We're looking for people who realize the importance of this role & how it impacts not only the company but the experience that our customers have in their home buying experience. Requirements

• 2 or more years of new-home sales experience
• Strong communication skills both verbal & written, with the ability to talk in pictures
• A proven background in prospecting
• Ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies
• Energy & enthusiasm in their work
• Proactively follow up with prospective customers
• Commitment to act with Integrity
• Proven closing, as well as negotiating skills
• Follow through with commitments
• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as individually
• Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize

Responsibilities

• Meeting monthly/quarterly sales goals
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Prospecting, marketing and promoting new business
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
• Maintaining a relationship with the Realtor community
• Working & communicating effectively with customers & team members
• Understanding the loan process
• Ability to work weekends, evenings & some holidays is required
